When you order from us you can expect not only great products and service, but free
shipping, free returns, free exchanges and …oh ya a little bit of fun too. With our Free Returns + policy we make sure that you get what you want, that you have complete confidence you will get the right size or that perfect garment WITHOUT having to worry about escalating shipping costs.
Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping
Your domestic (48 contiguous States) order is shipped free when you spend $75 or
more on Telegaleria.com. Domestic orders less than $75 made on Telegaleria.com are
charged a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping. You can expect that your order
will arrive to your address in 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS depending where you are in the
country. PLEASE NOTE: We ship from several warehouses throughout the United States
and in some cases your order may arrive in 2 or more packages and on different days.
Although many people will receive their orders in 2-4 days there is no expedited
shipping at this time.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipping
We provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and some International locations for an additional
charge, we are sorry but free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 States.
For international shipping rates please see the shipping choices during checkout.
Your country’s rates and availability will automatically be shown when you checkout
and choose the shipping method. Currently we are shipping to Puerto Rico
and Europe (most countries). The time it takes for you to receive your order varies
by country but is usually 6-12 business days. Each customer is responsible for all
duties and taxes imposed on their shipments.
Free Return Shipping
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or
refund it. Shopping with us should be a great experience that is why we stand behind
everything we sell and give our customers free domestic UPS return labels (pre-paid
by Telegaleria) to return items that need to be exchanged or refunded. Please read
further to see our return rules and policies. We are sorry, free return shipping
is NOT available outside the contiguous 48 states. Free return shipping only
applies to the original return for a particular order, additional free returns for
a given order will be at our discretion.
Returns - Exchanges and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason you may return
an item and exchange it for a different size, style or obtain a refund. We work
hard to provide the best possible customer experience and satisfy your needs. Below
are the rules and policies that apply to Exchanges and Refunds.
The following rules and policies apply:
- To be eligible for a refund your return must be postmarked no later than 15 days
after the item was delivered to you. For example, if UPS delivered your package
on September 1st you need to have the return postmarked by UPS using the label we
sent you no later than September 16th; items postmarked after the 15th day will
receive store credit. ITEMS RETURNED FOR A REFUND WILL BE CHARGED THE ORIGINAL
SHIPPING FEE AND THE REMAINING CREDIT WILL BE MADE TO THE CREDIT CARD OR PAYMENT
ACCOUNT USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE (RETURN SHIPPING IS NOT CHARGED). Items purchased with Store Credit are not returnable for cash refunds, store credit returns are only eligible for store credit.
- We make exchanges for purchases on Telegaleria for up to 60 days after your received
your order. Exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit and a code is issued
to you for use on the site. To make an exchange simply go to Telegaleria.com, pick
the item you want in your size, and checkout normally. When asked to enter your
coupon code, enter it and the amount of your store credit will be applied.
ITEMS EXCHANGED OR PURCHASED USING STORE CREDIT GET FREE SHIPPING!
- Returned products must be in the condition you received them in and in their original
packaging with the original tags still in place. Each return must be unused and unwashed
free of scents, stains or make-up. When trying on items please put them on over
clothing or under garments for sanitary and health purposes; WE ARE SORRY BUT ANY ITEM WITH A THONG IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. IF GARMENTS ARE RETURNED IN LESS THAN NEW CONDITION, A RESTOCKING FEE EQUAL TO OUR DETERMINED VALUATION OF THE RETURN GOOD(S) WILL BE CHARGED AT OUR DISCRETION. OUR DECISIONS ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Return Shipping is absolutely FREE with the pre-paid label sent to you. We are sorry
but free returns are not available outside the contiguous 48 states.
- We will provide you with the return label. All you need to do is fill out this form
“Click Here For Customer Returns”.
- Each store credit will expire 1 year after it was issued.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our staff we will process your exchange
(store credit) or refund provided the return meets the return eligibility requirements
(see item 3 above). Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Also, it
may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement.
All refunds are credited to the original method of payment no exceptions.
- We are not responsible for returns made without our pre-paid label. Please do not
send the item back to the manufacturer, use our FREE UPS label to be sure everything
is processed correctly.
- INVITATION ONLY EVENTS: All sales are final on all clearance, sale and invitation only event items, there
are no returns or refunds on these items. Exchanges for size only are allowed but all shipping is paid for by the customer. Clearance items are defined
as having a sales price of more than 30% off the regular price or are sold through
