Telegaleria - Shipping and Returns
Telegaleria works hard to deliver a great customer experience.
When you order from us you can expect not only great products and service, but free
shipping on all orders.(48 Contiguous United States Only).
Telegaleria teams with designers and manufacturers to give our customers more great products and additional choices. When purchasing from our designers direct program the terms and conditions, coupons and restrictions that pertain to the individual designer apply. Telegaleria coupons, store credit or terms and conditions DO NOT APPLY to our Designer Direct Manufacturers.
Free Shipping and Low Cost International Shipping
Your domestic (48 contiguous States) order is shipped free. You can expect that your order
will arrive to your address in 4-16 BUSINESS DAYS depending where you are in the
country. PLEASE NOTE: We ship from several warehouses throughout the United States
and in some cases your order may arrive in 2 or more packages and on different days.
Although many people will receive their orders in 2-4 days there is no expedited
shipping at this time.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipping
We provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and some International locations for an additional
charge, we are sorry but free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 States.
For international shipping rates please see the shipping choices during checkout.
Your country’s rates and availability will automatically be shown when you checkout
and choose the shipping method. Currently we are shipping to Puerto Rico, Canada
and Europe (most countries). The time it takes for you to receive your order varies
by country but is usually 6-19 business days. Each customer is responsible for all
duties and taxes imposed on their shipments.
Returns - Exchanges and Refunds
The following rules and policies apply:
- To be eligible for a CASH refund your return must be postmarked no later than 7 days
after the item was delivered to you. Items postmarked after the 7th day will only be eligible to receive store credit.
Items purchased with store credit are not returnable for cash refunds, store credit returns are only eligible for store credit in return. Orders returned for a cash refund will incur a nominal 12.5% restocking fee; returns for store/exchange credit are NOT charged a restocking fee.
- YOU MAY MAKE AN EXCHANGE FOR UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
- To return an item(s) simply ship the item(s) back to us in new condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging we sent it to you in. You must include the packing slip OR invoice and written instructions informing us what you want, exchange or refund. RETURNS WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP OR INVOICE AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please send it back with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for any package that does not get returned directly to us. - Returned products must be in the condition you received them in and in their original packaging.
Each return must be unused and unwashed free of scents, stains or make-up. When trying on items please put them on over
clothing or under garments for sanitary and health purposes; WE ARE SORRY BUT ANY ITEM WITH A THONG IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. WE INSPECT ALL RETURNS. IF GARMENTS ARE RETURNED IN LESS THAN NEW CONDITION, A PROCESSING FEE EQUAL TO OUR DETERMINED VALUATION OF THE RETURNED GOOD(S) WILL BE CHARGED AT OUR DISCRETION. OUR DECISIONS ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Each store credit will expire 1 year after it was issued.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our staff we will process your exchange
(store credit) or refund provided the return meets the return eligibility requirements
(see item 3 above). Please allow 1-3 full weeks for your return to be processed.

All refunds are credited to the original method of payment no exceptions.
- CLEARANCE: All sales are final on all clearance, sale and invitation only event items, there
are no returns or refunds on these items. Clearance items are marked CLEARANCE in the name title or CLEARANCE SALE by the price.
- If a customer refuses delivery or is not at the ship to address or does not sign for a package(s) and the package(s) is/are returned to us THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND FEES INCURRED PLUS A PROCESSING FEE.
